The phone rang, and I asked Leighton who it was (he always reads it to me off the TV where it displays), and he said, "Annoy-Miss". Ah, yes 'anonymous'!!!

When we went out for lunch at Noodles & Company, the kids were excited for the activities on the kids' menu. This was the joke Leighton came up with:

Riley and Leighton were talking about the President and First Lady. Riley called him President O-Piranha.

Riley was having some Whoppers (which Leighton seems to no longer call Whoopers, sadly - it was so cute!), she called them 3 meatballs instead of 3 malt balls.

Riley looked in the window of the gym at the apartment complex and said, "I can see people upstairs in the gym gyming."

Leighton: Oh yay the while family can play this game because its for four players.
Me: Oh fun!
Leighton: Please done get pregnant again mommy!
Me: why? So we don't have too many players for the game? Don't worry I won't.
Leighton: Wait. Does that mean you have to stop loving daddy though?
Me&Roy: (Laughing. More laughing.) No.
Leighton: But isn't that the only way you have a baby is by loving daddy?
Roy: (Still laughing)
Me: It's OK! I can still love Daddy.

Leighton was laying with me watching ET and was digging his arm into me and I told him to stop. He said, "I can't help it my nipples are wrinkly." I looked and he was playing with his nipple, and so I asked if he was cold. He said, "Look my nipples will tell you!"

We were playing a rhyming game in the car. It was Riley's turn to give the word for us to rhyme with. She calls out 'circle'. We tell her that's a hard one. So she comes up with 'cactus'. Again, we inform her that's a pretty difficult one. Her next offer was 'circus'. After much laughter, I think she gave us 'white'.

During the same rhyming game, Riley's answer when I said 'store' was … yup, you guessed it, 'whore'. She then corrected herself with something that is a 'real word' … bore or door or something!

Still laughing out loud over these. I love the "annoy-miss" because those calls are definitely annoying. And so, so glad that Mommy still can love Daddy.
