We drove downtown to The Water Gardens and then went out for lunch with Harvey and Heather before we had to say goodbye to them.
We had our favorite Braum's milkshakes for the second night in a row! We need to regularly drive up to the DFW area just for these milkshakes!!
Wednesday morning we had a short drive to Grand Prairie for the Epic Waters indoor waterpark. We spent several hours on the waterslides (I forgot the water camera, unfortunately) and in the lazy river. And then it was time to drive home. There was so much traffic again - every time we drive that route it takes way longer than it should!
I laughed about the milkshakes. The Ruby doesn't offer breakfast anymore, but there is a new (as of last February) restaurant next door. They offer a $5 discount for breakfast to Ruby guests. I had a chocolate milkshake for breakfast this morning.
