Leighton had a field trip but I didn't go so don't have any photos.
Riley had her 2nd Grade awards ceremony. She got a trophy for making all As on her report card!
I went straight from the awards ceremony to the zoo to meet Leighton for a Field Trip.
And then I went to get my hair cut so I could finally donate all the length I grew!
In the evening, we had Leighton's 5th Grade Promotion ceremony. He got a trophy for all As on his report card and another trophy for being one of the top two students in his class.
Thursday was nothing extra for me! But Friday was the last day of school. We started the morning with the pictures we always take. Then I baked some cupcakes for the kids for the last day of school like I always do. Then I went to their class parties.
That was definitely a busy month! We loved being part of it all. Your haircut looks great. Leighton and his classmates look so grown up. It's hard to believe they are off to middle school in the fall. Riley looks beautiful in her fancy dress. Now it's time to kick back and enjoy summer vacation!
