We haven't been up to a whole lot the last several months, but I do still have some photos to share. I mean to post these more often, but it just doesn't seem to happen! So now I have about 4 months worth of photos for you! Here is the rest of April ...
The Easter Bunny came
Some COVID driveway jogging!
Riley and I went on a walk to see some murals:
We also walked to Olive's house to pick up a mask her mom had sewn for me since we needed groceries and masks were now needed. This was the first time Riley and Olive had gotten to see each other in over a month. We chatted from outside their gate while they stood on their stoop.

Leighton had to learn to make a recipe for a project for school.
Riley was keen to help me make the Disney Dole Whip!
Little miss helper did some weeding!
And we made Leighton pour our drinks for us. Teaching him well!
Leighton liked his fried bananas recipe so much that he made them again.
I also made him help clean his bathroom and I tried my best to get photo proof!
Roy got some beer from a neighborhood brewery and liked the one called 6ft, Brah!
Riley did dishes while I drank wine!
The kids and I walked to get them smoothies for take out. A whole new experience with masks and taking clorox wipes to sanitize the cups.
Riley learned how to make her own lunch!
And we walked by one of my favorite flowering trees! Their poisonous apparently!
Riley baked some pretzels.
And I got Leighton to learn how to make homemade baked churros:
I ordered some Waffle House mix since we wouldn't get to go on our summer road trip and eat there. They've never sold it before now! Exciting for Leighton!
Another walk for smoothies!
Riley used a website that read a book to her and followed along with the book she happened to have at home.
We had a birthday Zoom call for Hannah's bday!
Riley made herself a homemade mask of tissues and decorated it!
