When life (or your neighbor) gives you lemons

I was out for a little nature walk with the kids a couple of weeks ago and the woman who lives in the house at the end of the cul-de-sac saw us and came out to pick a bunch of lemons off her tree for us to bring home.  The kids were really excited to bring them home to show Daddy and to taste them.  We made some lemonade (same recipe as we used in the spring) and the other day I made some lemon bars with them.  Super yummy!
