Boosterthon 2018

Each year at school, there is a fundraising event at the school called the jog-a-thon (but the past three years a company has come in to run it called Boosterthon).  The students get pledges and then run as many laps as they can around the track during their allotted time.

This year there was a lot of rain the night before, so they decided it would have to happen inside.  The day turned out to be a beautiful temperature and sunny, but the decision had already been made and there was a lot of soggy ground around the track area, so it was inside.  The kids were a little (well, a lot, truthfully) disappointed about this, but in the end, they still had a fun time.

I was a 'marker' so didn't get to take any photos since the kids come fast and furious to get their shirts marked.  But I got a couple after they were done.
