Roy thought I was dreaming yesterday morning when he heard me say, "Wow!" at 6am. But, I wasn't dreaming. I was being woken up by Riley for the FIRST TIME ALL NIGHT! Totally unexpected, but very much appreciated, Riley slept through the night for the FIRST TIME!
I wasn't expecting her to repeat her performance last night, but was pleasantly surprised that all she required until 5am was one simple pat back to sleep before I had even gone to bed.
She's getting more teeth and there will be all sorts of other roadblocks along the way, but maybe eventually sleeping all night will become her new normal!
And a big wow for a big girl from me too! Although after reading the gold medal post, I think you have just exhausted Riles to the point where she is going to sleep at night no matter what.
ReplyDeleteI think you are right because Sunday after being at home all day relaxing she woke up a zillion times.
DeleteAnd then last night she barely slept at all because she's getting sick.
