Seattle 2018-19: Days 3 & 4

We had a relaxed morning on the 31st and got ourselves ready for ice skating at noon.  We met everyone there and had a really fun time again.  Riley was frustrated at first because she couldn't pick up exactly where she left off last year, but they had these little seals you could push and she used that to get confident again.  She loved pushing Caroline around on it and was sad when Caroline was done for the day!  Leighton was super brave and got OFF THE WALL this year!  Yay for him!  We had such a good time and wish it was something we did more often.

After skating we went for lunch at a fried chicken place that Roy had read about.  It did not disappoint!

We met Hope and Jon and the kids for another swim at the pool:

... while Leighton and Roy and Papa hung out upstairs having a beer!

And then we met back at Aunt Susan and Uncle Alan's for Chinese take out and games and staying up until midnight!

We had a lazy morning at the hotel and then lunch at the house before heading to West Seattle to meet up with Greg and Renee and Winter and Ronan for some bowling and dinner.  It was so fun to see them!  It had been 3.5 years!  The kids were a bit shy to start out but by the end were hanging out and being goofy together!
