A morning at the zoo

A couple of weeks ago, Riley and I met some friends at the zoo.  The weather was lovely and we had a really fun time.

It was the first time we had been on a weekday not during school holidays - the parking lot was SO empty!  I always feel guilty for doing things like the zoo without Leighton ... but looks like he was having a pretty good time at school while we were at the zoo, so I don't think I need to worry!
