We started the morning with gift opening ….
And then some eggnog scones and cereal for breakfast …
Playing with new toys and wearing new clothes …
Lunch, including snowmen cheese sticks for the kids …
And then swimming with friends! We ended up there later than anticipated, so I went home to grab our pie, put a halt to any turkey dinner preparations, and call my parents, Kevin & Kirsten quickly, and then we stayed on for Korean BBQ for Christmas dinner!
Swimming on Christmas just doesn't seem right, but it's all about having fun regardless of where or what is going on.
