Spring Break 2018

Roy had to spend the first several days of Spring Break in California for work, so the kids and I were left to entertain ourselves!  We saw a movie one day, went shopping, had play dates, and visited the library.  We also slept in every day, ate dinner in front of the TV, and had lots of treats!

Roy flew home on Thursday, and as soon as he arrived, we loaded up the car for a road trip to Oklahoma.  We decided to head there since we only had a few days and wanted to go somewhere new.  Since we were leaving in the afternoon, we needed to drive straight to Oklahoma City without any fun stops or long meals along the way.

The kids were extremely excited to see this Casino just across the border with replicas of Big Ben, the Chrysler Building, and the Colosseum, among other international buildings.

It got dark soon after we passed this so we didn't get a good look at the Oklahoma landscape until the next day.
