Leighton's basketball season finished.
Riley's art started getting really detailed:
Riley's class had a very fun Pony Day and petting zoo. At first Riley was scared to ride the pony without holding my hand but then she got brave and did it on her own! She loved the little bunny in the petting zoo.
We made some yummy frozen Nutella fudgesicles:
And enjoyed another year at the rodeo:
For a fun St Patrick's Day dinner (yes, dinner! We love breakfast for dinner since I am never up early enough to actually make breakfast at breakfast time!), I made some rainbow pancakes! I served them with a rainbow of fruit and a little pot of gold (leftover Gilt from Hannukah!!) at the end.
Once night we found Leighton teaching Riley how to meditate after dinner and secretly filmed them!
I always try to take the kids to free food giveaways, and during Spring Break there was a free frosted lemonade at Chick-Fil-A. Leighton loved it. Riley did not.
We had another double birthday party day. Zayne & Soraya's in the morning and then Rozzie & Merlyn's in the afternoon.
Riley made this cute pasta life cycle of a butterfly at school:
More time working on the Art Car - this time with a drill!
Leighton's soccer season started.

Those rainbow pancakes are so clever! I'll try that for sure. The Lovett art car is awesome!
ReplyDeletePinterest is to thank for the pancakes :)
