First day of 5th and 2nd grades!

I can't believe the summer is over and the school year has started.  I also can't believe that the kids are in 2nd and 5th grades!  They are getting so big and old so fast!






After school, I picked up the kids (with their cute, puffy hair!) and took them home for their tradition of a fun first day of school dessert.  We needed to eat it right away because we were off to the Astros game!





We got their really early so Leighton was SO happy to get to see some batting practice!





It was a replica World Series ring giveaway night.  So much fun to get one!

    yes, so big so fast. i do believe i have the cutest niece and nephew on the planet!

    Yay for getting to the game early enough to get rings. I've been so out of the loop (no Internet, no TV, no link to the real world)...hope the Astros are still doing well.
