A headband for Riley

For me, no shopping trip is complete without a stop in at the GAP to check out their sale racks.  I find the best stuff for the kids on there, and since their turnover is so high, it doesn't take long for something I like to end up there.  To make things even better, they often have an additional 30-40% off the clearance items, so it's easy to make some fantastic scores.

Riley, my Mom, and I went to the Galleria to run an errand and to take Riley to the play area.  We also stopped in at GAP, of course!  We found a headband on sale for under $2 that Riley fell in love with because it has dots.  She is all about dots.  We also scored on a fall dress for her (check it out in the Pumpkin Patch post!).  Sadly, the hamburger shirt I found isn't made in Leighton's size.

Riley's been doing this super cute thing lately when she is excited or shy and covers her mouth with her hands.  She kept doing that and saying 'headband' over and over.  When we got home, we took some pictures of her in her new headband, which I might add, she actually keeps on!

Oh, and the shirt in the photos was another sale rack bargain from GAP a few weeks ago!

    1. A couple times! Sometimes she is excited to wear it and then takes it off in the car when she looks in the mirror and then gets frustrated when she can't get it back on.

She drew a picture of it today. Very cute!
