Happy Valentine's Day!

There is no commercial-free NickJr in our cable package here, so Leighton has been watching some cartoons on Sprout, which unfortunately has commercials.  There is a limited selection that they show repeatedly (cue the whiny voice: "This one agaaaaaaaaain?  When will the commercials be o-o-o-ver?").  One that doesn't get Mr Complainy Pants annoyed is one for chocolate covered strawberry delivery for Valentine's Day.  He suggested we have them (surprise, surprise!), so as a special Valentine's Day treat yesterday, we got some chocolate and made our own.

And Riley wanted in on the action too.  This is her using her signs to say "Where's mine people?!?!"

We didn't forget!  We saved some plain ones just for her.

We also went back to the playground yesterday (It was 70 degrees and sunny!).  All three of the kids Leighton liked playing with the other day were there again.  Here is Leighton sharing a snack with one of his new friends, Denise (We still don't know one of the boy's names and the other we have sorted out is Marcel, not Michelle).  And the picture of Riley is her answering the question, "Where is the girl?"
