Yep … back to the Dr for Riley!  Crazy.  Her strep infection came back so we needed to see the Dr for a new prescription.  Luckily he prescribed something that helped clear it up pretty quickly, and in a quantity large enough to have some ready for when it comes again, which he predicts it will.  Oh joy!
