Halloween 2017

In the summer, Riley had seen two shows where the teenage girls were the Tooth Fairy for Halloween, and she decided that's what she wanted to be.  She chose for it to be white and silver and drew several photos for me of what she wanted her costume to look like!  I followed some online tutorials for making the tulle skirt and was pretty proud of myself for doing it all by hand without a sewing machine!

Leighton couldn't decide what he wanted to be this year.  In the end I ordered him a Neymar Jr uniform since it was also something he could wear again in real life!

The night of Halloween was one of the World Series games, so Roy and I were sporting our Astros shirts!

Clyde and Melinda sent us a picture of Azeliya trying on her costume and it reminded me of the year our two went as little fruits.  The way Riley kept looking at Leighton to figure out if it was him and why he was inside a big yellow outfit was so sweet.   Something I will always remember.
