Riley's flower bloomed!
I went on a mural tour of Houston with Anthea and a group of friends as a farewell event for Anthea before their move to Geneva. The tour was fantastic and we saw so many great murals!
We checked out the new Evelyn's Park in Bellaire. We had hoped it was a bit more like the one in Memphis or Chicago, but other than a small field and one slide, there wasn't much to it, unfortunately.
Leighton won the Summer Reading Program at our local branch of the Houston Public Library.
We took the kids to the new Japanese restaurant for a Happy Hour drink and appetizers on our anniversary.
The kids had some pool time.
We went to a get together at Sam and Anthea's to say goodbye to them and the girls.
