Summer Vacation Day 15 - Hood River, Multnomah Falls, and Happy Valley

In the morning, we loaded into 2 cars again to set out for The Fruit Loop to do some cherry picking.  there were lovely views of Mt Hood, too.  We met up with Aunt Susan and Uncle Alan there.  They had just driven down from Seattle in the morning!

We became a little obsessed with watching the elevation change on the navigator in the car!

The fruit was so delicious.  We got loads of blueberries and then some cherries and raspberries, too.  We decided it was time for lunch after we had our buckets full of berries, so we headed into town.  We went to a brewery, but you guessed it - LONG line and our plans were foiled again!!!  We found a Mexican restaurant nearby with no line, so we went there instead.  Then we went down to the park by the river for a while to play.

Our family stopped at Multnomah Falls on the way back.  They weren't super full nor were they are impressive as Victoria Falls or anything, but it was still pretty to see!

Once we got back to Hope and Jon's, it was time to relax and drink the beer Roy had brought from Rogue.
