We started the day with a trip into town (I was even brave enough to drive the rental car!) for some errands. We took the kids to the grocery store - I got my Old Dutch ketchup chips and Dairyland chocolate milk - and I got to see a woman who had babysat me when I was younger and then I had babysat for her 4 kids. It was really nice to get a chance to say hello.
From there we went up to the golf course to see Papa. We made it in perfect time to see him coming in the last hole. And then the kids got a chance to try out his putter on the putting green.
In the afternoon we went down to the beach again with our growing crew - Auntie Hannah, Sascha, Uncle Kevin, and Kirsten joined us, as well. There was lots of rock skipping instruction for Leighton and some big frisbee games.
After dinner Riley and Leighton got to have some of their Croatian 'Sister' and 'Brother' chocolate.

I love that Leighton learned how to skip rocks and throw a frisbee.
